Please read all terms and conditions before booking onto any courses with Bump to Beyond your Birth.
1 – Bump to Beyond your Birth offers general educational advice about topics on pregnancy, birth and baby care.
2 – This advice does not replace your current health care provider for your pregnancy, yourself and your baby. Individual medical advice cannot be given on any basis by Bump to Beyond your Birth. Clients must contact their own Midwife, Obstetrician or appropriate health care provider for further medical advice, if they have a specific concern regarding their own or baby’s health.
3 – Support and advice given by Bump to Beyond your Birth is designed to complement your NHS care provider and the information given is general information and should not replace or be construed as individual medical advice or instruction.
4 – The information given by Bump to Beyond your Birth courses has been designed to be up to date to the time of teaching and is representative of current professional standards.
Price and Payment
1 – The price of all courses is published on our website and includes VAT on the published price.
2 – A 25% deposit is taken at booking followed by the remaining amount being paid after receipt of an invoice on completion of the course. Payments are made via bank transfer (BACS).
3 – Once a deposit has been received, we will send a confirmation email and this will contain the link for your scheduled course.
1 – Courses can be cancelled by giving written notice to [email protected] up to 14 days prior to the commencement of the course, deposits are non-refundable.
2 – In exceptional circumstances, Bump to Beyond you Birth may need to reschedule a session. You will be given as much notice as possible and we will always try to find an alternative, or else we a full refund will be issued.

Reliance on information posted
The material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy or reliance. We therefore disclaim any responsibility and all liability arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its content.
Limitation of Liability
All conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common laws or the law of equity.

Wasted management or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort, breach of contract or otherwise, even if unforeseeable, provided that this condition shall not prevent financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set above.
This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By using this service, you consent to these terms and conditions. England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that can arise out of or in any connection to these terms and conditions.
