Advice - Preparation - Support
My “Newborn Ready” class is my second most popular, and it focuses on one of the most important stages of parenthood the weeks after your baby arrives. Postnatal support helps you build confidence, ease anxieties, and feel prepared for life with a newborn.
We cover practical newborn care, sleep safety, and adjusting to life as a new parent giving you reassurance and the skills to thrive in those early weeks.

Teaching expectant parents about safer sleep is a crucial part of parent education, and this class will give you the confidence and reassurance to understand the best practices for safer sleep for your newborn. I am supported in teaching this class through certification from the Lullaby Trust on having meaningful conversations around safer sleep. This class is also beneficial for expectant fathers; research carried out by the Lullaby Trust in 2021 showed 74% of expectant fathers worry about sudden infant death (SIDS). This class reassures expectant parents by letting them know all the elements for safer sleep.
