Refresher Classes for Parents Who’ve Already Had a Baby
Even if this isn’t your first baby, I’m here to support you. All my one-to-one courses are available as refresher sessions to revisit any topic and help you feel confident for this next birth.
The most popular refresher is the All Things Labour & Birth class perfect for reviewing the signs and stages of labour. If your birth plan is different this time, we can also focus on caesarean birth or VBAC. We can address any anxieties from your first birth and take the steps needed to feel fully prepared and reassured for your upcoming arrival.

Bespoke Classes Designed Around Your Unique Needs
If you haven’t found the exact class you’re looking for or want extra time on a topic I already cover my one-to-one classes can be tailored specifically to you. Over the years, I’ve supported many pregnant couples and am experienced in adapting content to suit your individual needs. My background as a vulnerable women’s midwife also means I can provide guidance and reassurance for anyone experiencing anxieties or other mental health challenges that may affect your pregnancy experience.
We start with a Discovery Call to discuss what support you need and your specific goals. I then design a bespoke class for you, share the plan via email, and make adjustments until we create the perfect session fully personalised, practical, and supportive.
Cost- 2 hour- home visit £95
There may be a small additional charge for class design.
*There is an additional travel cost at 45p per mile for all one-to-one visits at home. These sessions are designed to complement not replace your regular midwifery care, specific medical advice cannot be given.
